We want to ensure conscious consumption not only inside Plusoft, but outside as well, taking into account the social sphere and the way in which the resources we use today are used.
With this in mind, we set up our office in a building that has LEED gold level certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), an international label awarded by the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) for sustainable developments.

Transparency, Integrity and Ethics are the three pillars that underpin Plusoft’s Governance Structure. And to ensure that they are never shaken, we have created our Ethics Channel.
Plusoft provides a channel for registering concerns and complaints regarding situations that involve signs of or imply fraud, practices and conduct that deviate from its Code of Ethics and Conduct or any document established in its Ethics Channel Policy.
The whistleblower may or may not identify him/herself, and all information will be treated ethically and confidentially by those responsible, ensuring its safety and integrity. Any retaliatory conduct against cases reported in good faith will not be tolerated and will be subject to sanctions under the terms of the Ethics Channel Policy. We ask that you write down your complaint in detail so that our investigation can be carried out correctly.
